Carrie B.

Carrie has been involved in fitness and health along with whole food nutrition for over 30 years. She played in college and professional sports. She was introduced to yoga over 13 years ago due to a back injury and an alternative to surgery. She refused to give in to the institutions that advised her that surgery was the only solution. Carrie believes in persistence and perseverance in everything she does and especially in her own personal yoga practice. In 2017 became a 200 RYT and was able to share her healing journey with her students. In August of 2020 she became a 500 RYT.

She enjoys exploring several styles of yoga from Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Meditation to Yoga Nidra. Carrie believes in empowering her students to discover, transform, heal and grow from their own practice. She understands that every student has their own unique path to follow and her own is never ending. Each day she tries to find a new adventure in the yoga life. She absolutely loves and is very passionate about sharing yoga with every person she meets.
