David Sunshine will share his three decades of wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and passion generated from his lifelong love for India and personal journeys into yoga, Hindu mysticism and Saivism. David's teachings of yoga blend the wisdom of Yoga, Eastern philosophy, meditation, somatic movement techniques and the principles of Ayurveda to assist students in their physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. On this journey he will help you connect with the extraordinary soul of South India and its people and dive deep into the rich heritage and learnings.

A healthy balance of adventure, yoga, and chilling poolside. All activities are optional, you can stick with the group or venture out on your own.
Price includes: Arrival and departure transfers between hotel and airport, 12 nights accommodation in gorgeous hotels and ayurvedic spas, breakfast daily, transportation by private air-conditioned coach, entrance fees to all sites as per itinerary, English speaking South Indian expert tour guides, airfare from Trivandrum to Chennai Airport, and all applicable taxes.
Refunds and Cancellations
Before May 1, 2023 if you cancel you will receive the price of the tour less $1500. From May 1 to July 1, if you cancel you will receive the price of the tour less 50%. After July 1, no refunds will be given. Due to arrangements made with our vacation hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy. Deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by DYC due to unforeseen circumstances. Please read the following information carefully All participants are advised to check with their health insurance carrier as to coverage abroad and for precautionary medical treatment for travel in India. Dallas Yoga Center requires that all participants have both health coverage and emergency evacuation insurance for the duration of the trip. Travel insurance is also highly recommended. Please see World Nomads below for purchasing travel and emergency health insurance. The activity level for these retreats is light to moderate. Participants should expect moderate walking, some inclines and stair-climbing at temples and at Arunachala mountain. There will be rests between attractions. Although this program is designed to accommodate people of varying ages, please note that there will be short periods of aerobic walking and stair climbing due to the design of some temples and the steep topography of certain areas. All participants are advised to see their health care provider well in advance to ensure that they are in good health at the onset of the trip. We also require that you inform Dallas Yoga Center of any chronic or acute health problems that might impact your travel. Dallas Yoga Center and the program leaders will take the utmost care and precaution in all stages of the planning and executing this program, but there is always the potential for physical harm and risk to life and limb. Dallas Yoga Center can not be held accountable for any unforeseen occurrence or changes to the schedule that should happen while the tour is underway in India. This includes the repercussion of having to adjust the schedule due to one or more members getting sick due to Covid-19 or other illnesses. In the unlikely case of cancellation by Dallas Yoga Center due to insufficient enrollment or logistical problems (acts of God, war, strikes, etc.) that may impede trip operations, please refer to the policies outlined in the liability waiver provided upon reservation.

I understand the risk of injury from yoga activities and using any yoga equipment may be significant, including the potential for injury or death. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both unknown and known. I acknowledge that I may engage in both privately supervised, group supervised or unsupervised activity and I assume all risks of using equipment, movement or exercise routines or props with or without staff present. In addition I acknowledge that the business may include outdoor activities, which may present risks such as slippery surfaces, uneven surfaces, loose rocks/gravel, unseen landscaping issues or more.
I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Flow Yoga, and the owners of this business or any other business that may be associated with this company, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, loss or damage to person or property that may arise out of connection with this business or any use of it’s products, services or classes.
I expressly agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law and if a portion of this release is held invalid the balance shall remain in full force and effect. This release shall apply to my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and any other next of kin. I understand that this business is relying on this release in agreeing to enter into this agreement.
