Testimonials

"This was a truly great training. I feel really good about everything that has been presented, that I've learned, and how to apply it. I don't get to say that very often about other trainings I've taken, from other places, so I'm incredibly grateful. The quality of this training is so strong. I especially appreciate the openness of inclusion in mindfulness for all groups. The instructors truly are amazing. I cannot imagine better trainers."

"The instructors’ styles, knowledge and personalities complimented each other well. They work seamlessly together on Zoom. Fabulous work, both of them! So grateful for getting all the materials we needed each week. Always very prompted with the information we needed. Very well organized. I'm so grateful for their love, care, kindness, expertise, commitment, support and compassion in each and every session. Thank you!"

"Really a terrific program. Great content. Very supportive --- I totally loved the breakouts and discussion with other participants. Could not get enough of that. Thank you so much for offering this! What a gift. And you should be proud of the "ripples" you are creating which will radiate out to do so much good."

Yes. It’s an all-levels training. There is usually a mix of people with varied experience levels in the course: some people who have meditated for years, and others who are establishing a regular mindfulness practice. It’s a foundational course learning to teach and share mindfulness with others. You will be working naturally with where you are in your practice.

30 hours of additional personal mindfulness practice is required before issuance of certificate. Personal mindfulness practice can be completed before, during, or after MCT program.
