Online Mindfulness Classes

DYC offers Mindfulness Meditation classes on the DYC DIGITAL weekly schedule. These sessions begin with a short guided meditation – using visualization and breath awareness to calm and center the mind to reduce stress. Trained teachers help you navigate the depths of your consciousness using mindfulness techniques pared with yogic breathing, personal exploration and shared insights. All levels welcome.
