Trish M.

I was introduced to yoga 15 years ago, and found it restful and healing after a devastating relationship ending. I was hooked after my first class at a local gym. For 13 years, I went to various studios and came up through Power Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes. However, I longed for a personal knowledge of this ancient practice to better lead myself through mindfulness and movement. My dream was to travel, roll out my yoga mat, and know how to move my body in a way that felt authentic and healing.

My goal is to share my gift of yoga and the overall benefits it can have on the body, mind and spirit. I enjoy teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Restorative based classes.
