Sean K.

I’ve been athletic my entire life and involved in many sports growing up and continue to train and exercise regularly.
 
I’ve become more dedicated to Yoga the last several years. Yoga continues to help me tremendously with structural/muscular imbalances from old injuries. 
 
Yoga helps me feel good in my body and I very much enjoy teaching classes that help others find comfort and improvement in their own bodies. My style is a Vinyasa slow flow with breath attention.
