Third time's the charm. That's how many times it took for me to fall in love with yoga.
 
I was a long-distance runner competing in ultramarathons until I developed a health condition and a doctor at Methodist Hospital suggested I try yoga to balance my body, physically and mentally. I started a regular practice in 2016 and in 2021, made the leap to the Dallas Yoga Center's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification program and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
 
Yoga is like magic. It can truly transform lives! I love to blend unexpected moves into traditional yoga poses and find creative ways to link the movement while staying true to the breath in a thoughtful and meaningful practice.
 
Because of my interest in the body/mind connection, I’m also certified in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety. My goal is to help people feel better, relaxed and more centered when they leave class, and with consistency, will lead to stronger, more flexible and healthier bodies.
