Erik D.

Active in hiking, climbing, Pilates, and yoga; health, exercise and nutrition have always been an important mainstay of Erik’s life. Entering his maturing years the maintaining balance, flexibility and mindfulness has increased in importance. The ability to balance while boulder hopping, being able to pick oneself up off the ground after missing that boulder, maintaining the ability to clearly focus with both mind and body becomes more challenging with age. Yoga has helped Erik maintain all these abilities and he wishes to help others by teaching yoga to them which will help them to maintain or regain their flexibility, increase their balance, and to help with mindful focus.
