Doreen B.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of the practice while working a stressful job and credit yoga with relieving me of debilitating migraines while helping me navigate a stressful corporate career.
Within two years, I gained my first yoga certification and began teaching Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Along my journey, I have been blessed with wonderful mentors who introduced me to qigong, restorative yoga, guided meditation, yin yoga and the use of breath and vocal vibrations for healing. While I enjoy teaching all forms of yoga, I have a personal passion for Chi yoga where I combine flowing energy movements with traditional yoga postures.
In addition to teaching group classes, I partner with a wellness center to offer private movement, meditation, and sound sessions and ‘off-the-mat’ holistic skills for those suffering from anxiety, trauma, grief and significant life change. I recently completed my 300-hour yoga certification at Dallas Yoga Center, achieving the 500-hour RYT credentials. My mission in life is to use this knowledge to help others experience more joyful, pain-free lives.
