Brian W.

Brian Whitson found yoga in early 2016 when looking for a means to help relieve stress. Not only did he find that it could help with stress, but found that he enjoyed learning and challenging himself with the different aspects of yoga. Brian has completed the Dallas Yoga Center’s 200 hour yoga teacher program as well as the 30 hour mindfulness training program. Through the mentor program, Brian seeks to gain additional training and bring yoga to more people. His style is mostly vinyasa with mindfulness weaved into the practice.
