Lilah instructs the following:
  • Vinyasa Mixed Levels
  • Experience a dynamic flow of yoga postures in which movement is sequenced with the breath. This practice moves at a more moderate pace to build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations.  All levels welcome.

  • Fundamentals Level 1-2
  • Regular practitioners are invited to further explore the principles of yoga in a steady, mindful manner. This class is designed to progressively develop strength, flexibility and body intelligence by introducing more advanced postures and breathing techniques in a supportive environment of enthusiastic practitioners. Often timed inversions, hand balances, deep backbends, and leg behind the head are touched on in this class. You are not expected to know how to do these postures but ready to explore them.
