TBD instructs the following:
  • Vinyasa Flow
  • A slow, but dynamic prana filled flow class led by the breath. Non-traditional postures, unique sequences, and meditation blend together to build strength in the legs and core while increasing flexibility in the hips and spine.

  • Ashtanga Led Primary
  • Students will be led through the entire Primary Series, with emphasis on refinement of postures and breath. This class will explore deeper elements of the Primary Series, including bandhas, drishti and ujayi pranayama.
