She is continuing her training in yoga therapy and is a member of the IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists). Sandi believes that yoga therapy is a wonderful tool for healing and recovery.
Sandi’s background in engineering is now very much a part of her teaching. It's with that mindset that she teaches students to connect with healthy and safe anatomical alignment and transitions in their practice. As a teacher, it's her goal to help students find a sense of joy, steadiness and ease in yoga.
