Yang Vinyasa

Nicole Payseur

Nicole took her pranayama off the mat and into the court room. She began to breathe with her opponents to tip the scales of justice and win juicier settlements for her clients, the City of New York and its residents. Now this recovering attorney uses her powers for good: after years of studying with Sarah Willis, a rebel astangini descending from Richard Freeman, Nicole developed an omnivore's palate for all things hatha.


Doing her due diligence, she meticulously amassed over 1,000 hours of independent study all over Manhattan from the Iyengar Institute to Integral Yoga Center before completing Yoga Works' 500 hour teacher training program.

Leanora (Leo) Leavell

Leanora is our newest team member at DYC. She quit her corporate job in 2013 and late in 2014 decided to travel around the world and teach yoga. So far she has been to 24 countries -Bali, Indonesia being the favorite to date. She came back to the country last year and still settling back in. She has been teaching yoga for a little over 10 years. Her background contains a variety of different trainings including some here at DYC. Along with being a 500 E-RYT yoga teacher she’s an Ayurvedic Specialist (Himalayan Institute certified) , Reiki II certified and various training in Yoga Therapy. Co-lead in several teacher trainings as well, helping others towards their yoga life goals. She is not new to the yoga community in Dallas and loves the connections.
Her management background includes yoga studios, corporate business, and even restaurants. Open to ideas and working in the most efficient ways for all to be successful. She is very excited to be a part of the DYC team as our Studio Manager. Her duties include the Client Services Representatives, yoga teaching staff and the boutique. It uses challenging postures, heat, deep breathing and vigorous sequences to sweat out toxins while the long holds in the pose progressions help you flush, oxygenate, rejuvenate, and heal. Yang Yoga will take your practice to a whole new level.
